One of the toughest things to do as a real estate rehab investor is finding and keeping good contractors.
This is one of the reasons some people decide to stick with wholesaling.
But if you want to take on the creativity and project management… the satisfaction of transforming an ordinary piece of property into something special… or at least, sellable, you’ll have to go through the fire of hiring and managing contractors.
